Every treatment in Queensland must come with a written pre-treatment advice, a post-treatment advice and a record naming the product, its active ingredient and the licensed technician. The portal keeps all of it for your site, so you're never hunting for it.

What we won't tell you
Plenty of pest marketing invents rules. We'd rather tell you the real ones.
- That a kit or portal guarantees a rating, a star score or a pass. Pest control is one item among many.
- That Queensland law makes you notify parents before treatment. It doesn't. Our parent notice templates are optional good practice.
- That bodies corporate must have annual termite inspections by law. Regular inspection is industry practice, not legislation.
- That there's such a thing as an end-of-lease "flea certificate". There's a dated treatment report, and that's what counts.
- That any pesticide is "child-safe". We tell you the product, its active ingredient and its re-entry time.
Questions
Is the kit really free?
Yes. The templates, QR sighting signs and your site folder are free. Connecting your current pest controller, or having us service the site, is a paid plan: [PRICE].
Do I have to switch pest controllers?
No. Your current company can upload reports to your folder through a private, upload-only link.
Who sees a sighting report?
It goes to your site's log and to your pest controller. The person scanning doesn't need an app or a login.
Is this legal advice?
No. Each sector page explains what the law requires in plain English, with the source. Check anything critical with the regulator or your adviser.
Can the signs and notices carry our logo?
Yes. Your logo goes on parent, tenant and resident notices, signs, QR posters and the pack.
